Tumis Bayam Jagung Manis

Tumis Bayam Jagung Manis

Bahan:
1 ikat bayam, petik daunnya
100 gr jagung manis, sisir
1 bh bawang bombai, potong 1/2 lingkaran
2 siung bawang putih, keprek, cincang halus
1 sdt saus tiram
1/4 sdt lada halus
1/2 sdt garam
1 sdt gula pasir
100 ml air
2 sdm minyak untuk menumis

Cara membuat:
1. Panaskan minyak, tumis bawang bombai, dan bawang putih sampai harum.
2. Masukkan jagung, saus tiram, lada, garam, dan gula, aduk sampai rata.
3. Tambahkan air, masak sampai mendidih, masukkan bayam, aduk sampai rata. Sajikan, segera.
