Chicken & Corn Soup

Bahan:
300 gr daging ayam kampung, potong-potong
2 ½ lt kaldu ayam
250 gr telur
200 gr jagung manis, pipil, rebus
50 gr tepung maizena
100 gr minyak wijen
1 sdt garam
½ sdt lada bubuk
5 gr kaldu ayam bubuk

Cara membuat:
1. Didihkan kaldu ayam, tambahkan minyak wijen, bumbui garam, lada dan kaldu ayam bubuk.
2. Kentalkan kaldu dengan tepung maizena yang ditambah sedikit air, masak hingga meletup-letup.
3. Tumis daging ayam hingga matang, suwir-suwir.
4. Sendokkan jagung manis dan ayam tumis ke dalam mangkuk sup. Siram dengan kuah panas, lalu hidangkan.
